____ Registration Process
In order to register, you need to send us an application. This can be a document in PDF or Word format which should contain the following things:
• Your full name
• Your city & country of origin
• Your estimated level in Lindy Hop (we are looking for candidates who are at least
intermediate/advanced and up to advanced plus)
• Your dancing experience up to now
• Your motivation why you want to participate at Swingularity
___ Your application letter should be about half a page long.
___ Every applicant has to send in their own application, this means that couples have to send in
one application each. We will consider you as a couple for registration though, so please
make clear in your application, if you register with a dance partner.

We will confirm receipt of your application via e-mail. As the admission process will take a while, please give us about four weeks to confirm your application.
____ Cancellation policy
When submit your application, you accept that if you're subsequently accepted, you're obliged to pay the workshop fee in a timely manner, as specified in your confirmation email. Keep in mind that the evaluation process can take some time, and do tell us as soon as possible if you have pressing issues that need to be taken care of for you to be able to participate (flight prices, visa etc.).
If you already paid your fee and have to cancel your participation, up until 30 days before the event, we will refund 50% of your workshop fee, later cancellations are not possible except under special circumstances (ill health etc.).
